My Mom used to make this for dessert all the time in these same Tupperware containers. It's nothing super fancy or hard - it's just Jello layered with Cool Whip - pretty simple and good. Over a year ago I was at her house and she was cleaning things out. She was ready to give these up so I said I'd take them. Last week was actually the first time I'd used them since getting them from her. I remember this dessert so well. It seemed as if it was a staple in our house! She would make them with strawberry banana flavored Jello or chocolate pudding. As I said, they were simple and good!
I have fond memories of these containers and that dessert. Maybe someday Lucy and Molly will think the same of it. :)
