Trevor Graduated!

We got to celebrate my nephew, Trevor's, graduation from high school on Friday, June 19. He lives in Webb City, MO, and went to Webb City High School. Graduation was originally scheduled for May 15, but due to Covid19, the graduation date was changed. It was held outside on their football field and it was a beautiful evening for it! We had a fun time cheering him on! Trevor is such a good, nice young man! I remember the day he was born and was absolutely so excited to meet him! It has been fun watching him grow up and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for him. Congratulations, Trevor! We love you!

50 Years!

Yesterday, June 27, we celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary! They were married on June 27, 1970! Everyone came over to our house and we had a Chick-fil-A lunch and had a nice time hanging out together. My dad gave my mom a very pretty ring to commemorate their 50th anniversary and I gave her a Kringle...a Sweedish pastry she loves! We took some pictures and had a nice time hanging out together!

Branson Vacation!

We had planned to take a vacation to Florida this summer, but the coronavirus changed our plans! We decided it would be best to just stay close to home, so we went to Branson for a few days. We stayed at a nice resort that had a really fun pool and mini water park. The girls had a blast and loved every minute of being at the pool and shopping at Dick's 5 & 10! We did some typical Branson things like walking around the Landing, going to Dick's 5 & 10 variety store, rode go-carts, and rode the ferris wheel. It was a big deal for Ross to ride the ferris wheel because he is afraid of heights. He rode it like a champ, though, and you can watch u sride it here! All in all, it was a nice vacation, even if it wasn't the beach! Hopefully next year we can head back to Florida.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my dad, my husband, and my father-in-law! All are outstanding dads in their own ways! All of them do all the things that their kids (and grandkids) want them to do, even when they really don't want to, I'm sure! But, they are good at putting aside their needs for the needs of their children and grandchildren.

Circa 1986 or 1987?

Lucy was so kind of make Daddy a Father's Day card. Her message made me laugh so much!

Ross LOVES the movie Top Gun and I found a beer mug that says Top Dad on it in the Top Gun logo. As you can see by the look on his face, he LOVED it!

Molly is such a little ham!

Grampa Wiseman was so good to buy the girls slushies last summer when we visited them at their resort.
