Wordle Win...Almost!

I have been playing Wordle for maybe two years now. I don't remember how long it's been around, but I think I started playing shortly after it became popoular. Ross plays it, too, and we often ask each other about it each day. I use the same two starting words each day - train and louse. I use these words because they have common consonants and all the vowels in them. 

One evening I was sitting next to Ross and pulled up the Wordle to work on, He had already done it for the day so was watching me. I typed in my first word, train, and came up with nothing. I typed in my second word, louse, and was SO excited to see all five of the letters turn green! I got it in two which rarely happens for me! 

Now here's hoping for train to be the Worlde someday soon! 

Solar Eclipse

The solar eclipse day was a fun day! It was happening during the time I would be leaving for carline to pick up the girls from school, so I decided to go early. I picked up a friend and we parked in the carline and got out chairs to sit and enjoy the eclipse! A few staff members even came out to watch with us! It was a fun experience! 

We were not in the direct path of totality, but could still see the effects of the eclipse. It was very neat how it did get a little darker and the temperature dropped a bit. Overall, such a fun time! 

Shrugging Milk

We usually just buy a half gallon of milk but last month we were out and I forgot to get milk at the sotre. Ross was at Sam's Club, so I asked him to get milk for me there. They only had full gallons, so he got that which was fine, but we both laughed at the mlik jug! It looks like it's shurgging and it was so odd seeing it in our fridge! I don't think the pictures to the shrugging justice, but maybe you can see it. 

Easter 2024

We had a nice Easter last week! My mom's birthday is March 15 and my Dad's birthday is March 31, so we all went to their house on the 30th to celebrate birthdays and Easter. We colored Easter eggs, had an Easter egg hunt, and then played volleyball. It was a fun day!

Easter Sunday was a nice day. We went to church, took our usual Easter pictures, and then had breakfast. I took a nap and later in the afternoon we went to a park to walk around for a while. My parents came over for dinner and we had another Easter egg hunt in our front yard. It was a nice time!
