How To Separate An Egg

Have you ever had to separate an egg from the egg yolk and didn't get it to work quite right? I've had that problem a few times, even with using a handy dandy egg separator. If you have that problem, I have a solution for you!

A friend at work sent me the link below in an e-mail. I usually delete e-mails like this but decided to check it out and I am glad I did! It's very neat and would make a good science experiment with kids.
