They Go There

Lucy has a couple of pairs of sunglasses that we keep in our van. I asked her if she wanted her pink sunglasses and she said no. I started to put them in the cup holder in my console, but she said no, they don't go there, they go there. I asked her where and she just said there. It didn't take me very long to figure out what where "there" was. I put her sunglasses next to where I always put mine and asked if that was correct. She said yes.

This is so sweet to me! It's neat to see her learn and apply things. She knows that I always take my sunglasses off and put them in the same spot when we get out of the van. So naturally, her sunglasses should go where my sunglasses go. :)
