I played an April Fools Day joke on the girls last week with donuts! They love to eat donuts and that night we had planned to have breakfast for dinner, so donuts went along well with our dinner plan. I bought two donuts that day and took the donuts out of the box and replaced them with carrots. When we were making dinner I told the girls to come in the kitchen because I had a surprise for them. They saw the donut box and were very excited! They were questioning me on what kind of donuts were in the box because I had not told them I was getting donuts so hadn't asked them what they wanted. They excitedly opened the box to find CARROTS!! This was a fun, harmless joke and I think I got them pretty good! You can watch it here!
