Ross has really gotten into grilling and smoking BBQ over the last few years and is really good at it, too. He has researched different methods for smoking meat and made a brisket last Monday. He even got up at 4am to get it going. We're so fortunate to have a good cook like him in our lives! He said this last brisket he made is his best yet and you can watch him cut into it here. We all really liked it!
