We have this book, A Sister More Like Me, that is a take on the Frozen movie. It roughly tells the story of the movie, but also talks about how different Elsa and Anna are. They are sisters, but Elsa, the older one, is reserved, quiet, calm, neat, etc. Anna, the younger one, is playful, inquisitive, fearless, somewhat messy, etc. We read it recently and I realized that this book describes Lucy and Molly so well! Lucy totally lines up with how Elsa acts (minus the magical powers of course) and Molly lines up with how Anna acts.
In the book Elsa wishes Anna were more like her and Anna wishes Elsa were more like her. In the end, though, they come to appreciate and like each other's differences and are thankful that they are not the same. They see how their differences work together for good for each of them.
I've joked with Lucy and Molly about this, that one is Elsa and one is Anna. I think they can see the differences, too, and I hope that one day they come to love and appreciate that about each other!
